Ralph Robert Johnson

Memorials may be made to O'Fallon VFW Post 5077. Johnson, Jr., Ralph Robert, of Wright City, Missouri, died on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the age of 84. Dearest husband of the late Vivian Dorthy "Dixie" Johnson; dear son of the late Ralph R., Sr. and Margaret Johnson; devoted father of Gail (Johnnie) Rogers and the late Jan Robert Johnson; beloved grandfather of Richard (Amy) Leech, Michael Johnson, Patricia (Mitch) Rowley, Jennifer (Ben) Davis and Andrew (Jacob Kleithermes) Johnson; great-grandfather of Ryan M. Johnson, Derek M. Leech, James, Alexandra and Damen Rowley. Ralph was employed as a Truck Driver at Cassens before his retirement. He served with in WWII the U.S. Marines 1943-1952 and was awarded the Korean Service Medal with the United Nations Medal. He was a member of the VFW Post 0577.
