Phylliss June “Lucy” Foley
July 3, 1945 — January 15, 2022
Phylliss June “Lucy” Foley, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the age of 76. Devoted mother of Theresa (Mark) Ryan, Tamatha (Tracy Hohlt) Hall and Tina Padgett; loving grandmother of seven grandchildren; beloved grandmother of 13 great-grandchildren; dear sister, aunt and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Fern Elinor Pontow.
Phylliss dedicated 28 years of service to Waffle House in O’Fallon, MO before retiring. Her favorite holiday was Easter and she always had hundreds of eggs for her grandchildren. She was devoted to her family and loved to spend time with them. Phylliss was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
