South and the late George A. South; loving sister of Pam Carissimi and Paula (Vandy) Thomsen; cherished aunt of Brandon Thomsen, Michael Carissimi, Tracy Carissimi, and Jaimi Thomsen; survived by many other relatives and friends. Phyllis was a part of the St. Charles Community Living for the Handicapped and was a member of Gateway Central Nazarene Church, formerly Overland Nazerene Church.
