Phillip "Glynn" Wright

Phillip “Glynn” Wright, of Pacific, MO, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Emily "Kay" Wright; cherished son of the late Carl and Riva Wright. Devoted father of Kim Ham and Johnna (Stuart) Scarborough; loving grandfather of Maghan (Adam) Kitchen, Justin (Vanessa) Johnson, Jamie (Jacob) Frank, Whitney Jackson, Miranda (Justin) Adams, and Jeff Scarborough; treasured great-grandfather of Layla, Makayla, Jack, Allison, Kaylynn, Elijah, Benjamin, Adelaide, and Eleanor; dear brother of Brenda Wright. Preceded in death by two sisters, Riva Jean Davis and Sue Wright. 

Glynn was a member of West End Church of Christ where he attended with Kay for over 25 years. He enjoyed a fulfilling career as a math teacher, spanning over many years at the Parkway District. In his free time, Glynn always put his family first, especially enjoying the time he spent with his grandchildren. He also liked to spend time meticulously taking care of his yard and feeding the wildlife in the area. Glynn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Memorials may be made in Glynn's name to Children’s Home Inc. in Paragould, Arkansas.
