Phillip Charles O'Leary

Phillip Charles O'Leary, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at the age of 58. Cherished son of Lorene O'Leary and the late Firman "Doc" O'Leary. Dear brother of Marilyn (Jerry) Rufkahr and Maureen O'Leary; loving uncle of Tiffany (Adam) Stamper; treasured great-uncle of Nolan Stamper and Chase Stamper; loving uncle and cousin.

Phil was a member of Immanuel Lutheran church. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching baseball, football, basketball, and car races. Phil was always very friendly and enjoyed teasing and joking around with those he knew. He was generous, had a kind heart, and was an eye and tissue organ donor. Phillip was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Phil's name to ASPCA and Immanuel Lutheran Music Fund.
