Memorials may be made to Lupus Foundation. Beloved husband of Virginia Weber; dear son of the late Russell and Marcella Weber; loving father of Tracy M. Castile (Frank), Kelly D. McCoy (Jeremy), and Phillip J. Weber Jr. (Anne); dear grandfather of Steven B., Justin P., Jeremy Jr. and Jenessa. Dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many. Phil was a proud CBC & SIUE Alumnus, along with leading the Baden Bass Holers Club through 15 years.
