Wiggs, Philip, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at the age of 64. Loving son of the late Henry and Willodean Wiggs; devoted father of Stacey (Roger) Davis, Stevye (Nick) Hartwig, and Phillip (Dakota) Wiggs II; cherished grandfather of Tanner and Brandy Davis, Kristen, Morgan, Audrey, and Josey Hartwig, Devin, Daytona, Aspen, and Memphis Wiggs; dear brother Paul (Deborah) Wiggs. He is preceded in death by his sister Pamela Wiggs, and loving partner Cindy Bischel.
