Philip Matthew Garrison, Sr.

Garrison, Sr., Philip, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, October 18, 2010 at the age of 84. Dear husband of Wanda Nice Garrison; dear son of the late George and Grace Garrison; devoted father of Jane (Warren) Thompson, Pat (Arnie) Pizzutelli, Philip (Crystal) Garrison, Jr., Barb (Rob) Gleason, Fran (Alec) Steagall-Todd and George A. (Susan) Garrison; beloved grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 12. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Del and brother, George Garrison. Phil and his wife, Del, of 51 years, resided in Rolla for 37 years, where they raised six children. He was employed with IBM and upon retirement volunteered with his wife in MMAP (Mobile Missionary Assistance Program). He was a strong man of faith and lived his final years in O'Fallon, MO near his family.
