Dear husband of Deanna Baker; beloved son of the late Earl Lawrence and Helen Baker; devoted father of Richard K. Baker and father-in-Law of Lorna Baker; cherished grandfather of Kevin Baker, Jr., Jacqueline Baker, Timothy Baker, Brett Baker, Trina Long and Ronald Poelstra; treasured great-grandfather of Chloe Baker, Lillian Baker, Sophia Baker, Hailey Baker, Andrea Nordman, Shelbie Long, Ray Long, Michael Poelstra and Brooke Poelstra; dear brother of Mary Rumley and David Baker and stepbrother of Glen Snyder, John Snyder, David Snyder, Josephine Marchese and Kathryn Snyder. He is preceded in death his sons, Brian Glen Baker, Kevin Todd Baker and William Lawrence Baker and his in-laws Bill and Mary Dungey. He was employed as an Explosive Technician at Atlas Powder Company for 32 years. Phil was a member of Elks Lodge and Missouri Limestone Association and was also a member of the protestant faith.
