Waggoner, Peter 'Pete', of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the age of 25. Beloved son of Alan and Pamela Waggoner; dear brother of Victoria (Casey) Harman; cherished uncle of Connor Waggoner;
Pete was a graduate of Francis Howell High School, he enlisted in the United States Army and served two tours in Iraq, he was honorably discharged in 2012.
