Pengfei Shen (沈鹏飞)

Pengfei Shen (沈鹏飞), of St. Louis, MO, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at the age of 93. Beloved husband of 64 years to Xiuzhen Ma (马秀珍); cherished son of Zhixiang Shen (沈致祥) and Zhihe Xu (许之鹤); devoted father of Jie Shen (沈捷) and his wife, Hui Zhou (周惠); loving grandfather of Athena Shen and Angelina Shen; and brother to one. Pengfei was also preceded in death by a brother.

Pengfei was a passionate educator for over 30 years and shared his love of music by singing in the university choir. Deeply devoted to his family, he enjoyed traveling. Pengfei was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
