Sirna, Pearl Louise, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, June 17, 2011 at the age of 82. Loving wife of Thomas S. Sirna; beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Odell Miller; devoted mother of Suzanne (William) Drese and Thomas R. (Geralyn) Sirna; cherished grandmother of Carrie A. Higgs, Christine J. (Jay) McClain, Michelle L. Higgs and James M. Sirna; treasured great-grandmother of Carson J. and Reagon J. McClain; dear sister of 5. She is preceded in death by her siblings Raymond P.
