Kern, Pearl “Darlene”, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, January 28, 2008 at the age of 76. Loving wife of John D. Kern; dearest mother of John David Kern and Kathy Leigh (Glenn) Miller; beloved grandmother of Ashley, Jason and Joshua Miller; dear sister of Virginia Hejna and Ruby Bauman. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ida Sadler and sister, Ann Marie Lerch.
