Spencer, Paul, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the age of 64. Loving husband of Margaret Ann 'Peggy' Spencer (nee: Henke); beloved son of Juanita Spencer and the late Russell C. Spencer; dear brother of Jim (Marty) Spencer, Susie Worner, and Shirley (Bob) Loeffler; beloved brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his sister Renee Harding.
Paul was a member of Carpenter Union Local #32. He was an active member of the Ballast Pits, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
