Welch, 76, was the loving husband of Mary Welch (née: Kelly); son of the late Joseph & Emma Welch; father of Debra (Crys) Fehl, Diane (Rand) Wolf, & Cynthia (Boyd) Hoffmeister; step-father of Mary (John) Bascio, Jeanine (Scott) Satterwhite, & Ann (Mark) Moerschell; grandfather of Rachel, Stephanie, Eric, Rick, Shannon, Lauren, Rand Jr., Nathan, Ethan, Phillip, Sarah, & Ashley; & great-grandfather of Joshua, Julia, Brennan, & Cameron. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
