Paul Allen Welker of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at the age of 67.
Beloved husband of Caroline Welker (nee Vogt); cherished son of the late Victor and Ruth Welker; dear step-father of Chris Vogt (Madison McCulloch); loving grandfather of Christopher, Brynna (and their mother, Stephanie McCoy), Elias, and Lincoln Paul; treasured brother of Pat McKeon, Norman Welker, and Dan Welker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions in Paul’s honor are suggested to Community Living.
