Flood, Patsy Ann, of St. Charles, MO., died on Friday January 16, 2015, at the age of 78. Loving wife of James 'Pete' Flood; beloved daughter of the late Charles, and Edna Civey; devoted mother of Nancy Giaimo and Keith Flood; cherished grandmother of Justin Giaimo, Kyle Weintraut, and Aaron Weintraut. She is preceded in death by her daughter Debra Flood.
Patsy's wishes were to be cremated and to be laid to rest next to her daughter in St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Services will be private.
