Patrick O. “Pat” Smith, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Debra K. Smith; devoted son of the late Thomas H. and Adah S. Smith; loving father of the late Stephanie N. Smith; dear brother of two; cherished brother-in-law, uncle, and friend of many. He was also preceded in death by his two brothers.
Debbie and Pat were married for 42 years. He was a dedicated employee of Chrysler for over 30 years. Pat never met a stranger and had a funny sense of humor. Pat was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
