Patricia "Pat" L. Gutgesell

Patricia “Pat” Lyle Gutgesell (nee Crean), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Gene Gutgesell; cherished daughter of the late Leo and Anna Crean; devoted mother of Susan (Dan) Brennan and Laurie (Mike) Hill; loving grandmother of Joey Brennan, Matt Brennan, Danny (Laurie) Brennan, Ryan Brennan, Rachel (Harrison) Cook, and James Hill; treasured great-grandmother of Avery Cook, Peter Cook, Cora Cook, and Austin Brennan; dear aunt, cousin and friend. Pat is preceded in death by her two sisters, Anne Flavin and Mary Jo Nolan.

Pat was a devoted member of Trinity Episcopal Church who found great joy in spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a fondness for the occasional sweet treat and loved watching westerns on television.Pat was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Pat's name to SSM Hospice (SSM Health Foundation-St. Louis).
