Patricia Lee McCarthy

Patricia “Pat” Lee McCarthy (nee Russell), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the age of 85. Beloved wife to the late Thomas John McCarthy; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Goldie Russell; devoted mother of Cindy (Paul) Schweiss, Donna McCarthy, Katie McCarthy, and Maggie McCarthy; loving grandmother of Laura Rundel, Tim (Sarah) Rundel, Michael (Stacey) Baugh, Kaitlin Porter, Jill Porter, Morgan (Osvald Meilutis) Price, and Molly Rosner; treasured great grandmother of Peyton Hesskamp, Ryan Rundel, Matthew Rundel, Carter Baugh, Mason Booth, Harper Baugh, Avery Porter, and grand puppy, Hazel Grace. 

Pat was a warm-hearted, social person who always helped those in need and adored her husband, remaining devoted to him even after his passing; now, she is happily reunited with him in heaven. A passionate Cardinals baseball fan and a dedicated mother, she actively participated in the lives of children and volunteering at schools and for the Democratic Party. Pat cherished her grandkids and was deeply loved by all who knew her; she will be greatly missed. 

As a celebration of Pat's life as a devoted Cardinals fan, friends and family are asked to come in their best Cardinals attire to the visitation.
