Patricia A. Kadlec

Patricia A. Kadlec (nee Urban), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Kadlec; cherished daughter of the late Peter and Hazel Urban. Devoted mother of Laura Kadlec, Nancy (Greg) Patterson, and Cynthia (Dale) Geiler, and the late Julie Kadlec; loving grandmother of Sean Doyle and Michael Patterson; dear sister of Pamela Urban.

Patricia was a native of St. Louis and graduate of Cleveland High School. After raising her four daughters, Patricia went back to school and became a Librarian for the Ferguson-Florissant School District for many years. She was an avid reader and loved books. Patricia enjoyed many cultural activities such as the Botanical Gardens, the History Museum, and the Art Museum. She also had a passion for classic movies and music and could come up with a song for every occasion.  Patricia was a devoted wife of 54 years to her late husband Thomas. After retiring, Tom and Patricia traveled the world. Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Patricia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Patricia's name to St Jude Children's Hospital or American Lung Association.
