Patricia Cathryn Birmingham

Patricia Cathryn Birmingham (nee Figgemeier), of O’Fallon, MO passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late James Birmingham; cherish daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Marvoline (Schneier) Figgemeier; devoted mother of Michele “Shelley” (Michael) Ruck and Laura Birmingham; loving grandmother of Emily (Johnathan Whitaker) Ruck and James Ruck; dear sister of the late Charles Figgemeier, Jr., Christine (Rob) Donze, Linda (late Randy) Huelsebusch, and James (Kathy Hustava) Figgemeier. 

Pat was a faithful member of Assumption Church. She loved puzzles and traveling, especially to Canada and Australia. Pat enjoyed holidays surrounded by family. Her homemade roles and potato salad were always enjoyed. A card game always entailed, and she was the first to be dealt in. She was a second mom and helped raise so many bonus children, including several nieces, nephews, children of her friends, and of course her grandchildren. Later in life, she was one of the managers at the Paddock Theatre and a secretary (queen bee) at Pasta House. Pat was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. 

Education was important to Pat and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for an educational fund for her grandchildren. 

Christmas was Pat's favorite holiday. We would love to see you honor her by wearing red and/or green.
