Patricia Ann Phillips (nee: Anderson), of St. Charles, MO, passed away on Friday November 4, 2016, at the age of 70. Loving wife of Leonard Vance Phillips; beloved daughter of the late Teddie and Loretta Anderson; devoted mother of Michael (Angela) Gibbs, William (Shelly) Phillips, Christopher (Maribel) Phillips, and Meloddie Phillips; cherished grandmother of 13; treasured great-grandmother of 1; dear sister of Chi Chi Anderson, Mary Jo Reise, and the late Teddie W. Anderson.
Patricia was a member of the St. Charles North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She had a passion for teaching others about the Bible, and sharing God’s word with everyone. She loved to cook, and collected many cookbooks to prepare a variety of meals for her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, and loved very colorful flowers. Patricia was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
