Husband of Janette Fischer NEE: Cluss; son of the late Otto, Sr. and Katherine Fischer; father of Deborah Kohout, Susan (James) Goodman and Barb Quint; step-father of Cornell Cluss Hughes and Steven Bryan Hughes; grandfather of 3; brother of Helen Bryant. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Albert Fischer, Violet Ficke, and Norma Burkhart; and his sons-in-law, Bob Kohout and Tom Quint. Memorials may be made to ASPCA
