Oscar A. Phelps

Phelps, Oscar A., of O Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the age of 79. Loving husband of Joyce L. Phelps; beloved son of the late Oscar and Pearl Phelps; devoted father of Glenn Phelps and Gale A. Christensen; cherished grandfather of Shawn Michael, Stephen Richard and Ambria Nichole. Oscar was loved by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was employed as a Carpenter with local 2119 and was a member of the American Legion Riders, Freedom Riders and Bikers against Child Abuse.
