Wife of the late Robert Kelsey; beloved daughter of the late Edward Lee and Margaret Shillington; devoted mother of Dr. Nina (Joseph) Westhus, David Kelsey, Judy (Kerry) Trask, and Gene (Melody Helms) Kelsey; grandmother of 12; great-grandmother of 15; great-great-grandmother of 1. She is preceded in death by her brother James Shillington and her daughter-in-law Jill Kelsey. Memorials may be made to Irene and Evelyn Riddle Fund at Saint Louis University School of Nursing or Mercy Hospice
