Fink; son of the late Edward and Marguerite (nee: Strubbe) Fink; devoted father of Janice Kisor (Leigh) and Jeffrey Fink (Tracy); beloved grandfather of Jennifer Cox, Neal Kisor, Katie & Connor Fink, Roy Kisor and Rachel Hawkins (Travis); great-grandfather of Lilly Hawkins; brother-in-law of Gloria Hamlin (George)and dear brother of the late Edward Fink. He was a loving Uncle, Cousin, Nephew, a Friend to Many and Loved by all. Neal was a Graduate of Washington University, reporter for the Cosmos-Monitor and the St. Charles Banner News, worked in Advance Design and the Proposal Center at McDonnell Douglas. He was a writer and an artist and published a book, ’Steamboats of the Western Rivers’. He was first and foremost a Railroad Man and he published articles in train magazines. He was ’the man’ that people came to to ask questions.
