Stamm, Neal E., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the age of 89. Loving husband of the late Mary Louise Stamm; beloved son of the late Harry and Olive Stamm; devoted father of Patti Tanzer and Greg (Diane) Stamm; cherished grandfather of 8; treasured great-grandfather of 4; dear brother of Dale Stamm. He is preceded in death by his daughter Bonnie Hizer.
