TOENJES, SISTER MONICA MARIE, C.PP.S., September 17, 2023, baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection, beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Norma Toenjes. She was preceded in death by all her siblings, Bernard (Agatha) Toenjes, Marie (Joseph) Donovan, Agnes (Robert) Donovan, Rita Toenjes, Gertrude (Harold) Noftsinger, Karl (Shirley) Toenjes, Louis (Bonnie) Toenjes, Rosemary (John) Duckworth, Paul (Delores) Toenjes, and Lawrence (Marianne) Toenjes. She is survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends, and Sisters in Christ.
Funeral Mass, Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 2:30 p.m., St. Joseph Chapel, 204 North Main Street, O’Fallon, MO. Interment convent cemetery. Wake, Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. and a Sharing of Memories at 2:00 p.m. all in St. Joseph Chapel. Mass will be live-streamed. Contributions to the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, 204 North Main Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366.
