Francis (Janice); cherished grandmother of Christopher, Tracy, Geoffrey & Allison and cherished great-grandmother of Kayla, Nicholas, Robi, Makenzie, Alexander, Seth & Natalie; dear sister of Mary Schlueter, Ruby Humphrey, Peggy West and the late Ann Koelling, Tean Doyle, Opal Badger, Fritz, George and Bob Hall; preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Lona Hall. Millie was a Supervisor in Food Services for 32 years with Riverview School District, St. Louis, Missouri.
