Mildred Mae Peyton

Peyton, Mildred Mae, of Edmond, Oklahoma, died on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the age of 84. Dearest wife of the late Henry James Peyton; dear daughter of the late Emil and Adele Barklage; loving mother of Martha J. (Kenneth) Vasilon, Barbara J. (Clifford) Taylor, Dennis J. (Karen) Peyton, David H. (Sally) Peyton, Michael J. (Carol) Peyton, James D. (Robin) Peyton and Kevin L. (Roberta) Peyton; beloved grandmother of 16; great-grandmother of 9 and great-great-grandmother of 1. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother, Maurice Barklage, sisters, Olive Kaiser and Joyce Mitchell. Mildred was a member of Friedens-Peace United Church of Christ of New Melle, MO. She enjoyed working on ceramics. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed..
