Beloved wife of the late Charles Virgil Shanks; dearest daughter of the late Charles and Cora Reed Sherwood; loving mother of Millie Fuehler (Don) and Roberta Forbes; dear sister of Vernon L. Sherwood; cherished grandmother of 3 and great grandmother of 5; preceded in death by two sisters and eight brothers. Mrs. Shanks was a member of St. Charles Christian Church. She was employed by as a clerk by St. Charles Dairy for 25 years.
