Mildred I. "Midge" Hedicke

Mildred Irene “Midge” Hedicke (nee Mooney), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Donald Charles Hedicke; cherished daughter of the late Oscar Price and Laura Docia Mooney. Devoted mother of Ken (Barb) Hedicke and the late Donette Goodlett; loving grandmother of Amy (David) Beiler, Luke (Teresa) Goodlett, Erin Blevins, Emily (Dave) Edwards, and the late Evan Hedicke; treasured great grandmother of Joshua, Caleb, Lydia Beiler, Hayden, Olive, Maizy, Lynlee Goodlett, and Ever Edwards; dear sister of Rolla "Rod" Mooney, William L.A. "Butch" Mooney, Elbert E. "Fat" Mooney, Vera Mosier, Betty Jo Kenney, and Alberta Holt; aunt, cousin and friend to many. 

Midge was a member of First Assembly of St. Charles where she sang in the choir and was a member of Goodtimers. She was a switchboard operator in the 1950s and was a hardworking and supportive mother. Midge went on to have an established career through the City of St. Charles School District. She was a talented musician and loved to sing and play the piano. More than anything, she loved spending time with family and friends. Midge was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Memorials may be made in Midge’s name to First Assembly Church Designated Missions.
