Michael P. Lewis, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the age of 69. He is survived by his brother Lee Lewis, his sister Charlotte Nelson, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Bernell Lewis and Wilma and Frank Bass, and his sister Mary Ann Korte.
