Saint Charles, MO - Michael Joseph Weiss, lovingly known to all as Mike, passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2024, at the age of 66. Mike was a dedicated and hard-working father, loving grandfather, and a devoted family man. His commitment to his family and his profession was unparalleled.
A Family Man at Heart
Mike's greatest passion was his family. He and his wife Diana, Shared over 35 years of love, laughter and marriage. Together, they raised four children: Gary, Tyler, Mikayla, and Matilynn. He was the cherished son of the late Joseph Glennon and Barbara Ann Weiss and a dear stepson of Karen Weiss and loving son-in-law of Doris Cox. Mike was a constant presence in his children’s lives, offering unwavering support from changing diapers to cheering them on at sporting events and motocross races. Mike’s presence and support were constants in his family’s life, often selflessly sacrificing his interests for those of his family. He instilled in his children the values of hard work, love, dedication, and the importance of family. His family thrived on the encouragement, love and support they all shared.
A Master of His Craft
Mike was a successful businessman and a Master Electrician, renowned for his expertise and dedication to the industry. His knowledge extended beyond electrical work, as he was also a phenomenal Avionics Technician and Aircraft Mechanic, whose skills and knowledge were highly respected by his colleagues. His contributions extended beyond his professional life. He was an active member of Harvester Christian Church for years, and his BNI networking group, where he was known for his contributions, coffee-making skills, and collaborative spirit. Mike loved working with his hands, fixing problems, and “lighting up” people’s lives through electric work. He had an unparalleled work ethic, and more importantly, he took pride in his work. Every project he touched showed meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to “doing it right”.
A Life Well-Lived
Mike enjoyed creating lasting memories with his family. Whether on short getaways or celebrating holidays, Mike cherished every moment spent with loved ones. His kindness and caring nature touched everyone who knew him.
His Legacy
He leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, kindness and dedication that will continue to inspire all those who knew him and had the privilege of calling him friend or family.

Services for Mike
The Family will accept visitors Thursday June 13th, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Baue Funeral Home located at 3950 West Clay Street in Saint Charles, Missouri 63301.
A memorial service will be held on June 14thth, 2024 at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 at Baue Funeral Home located at 3950 West Clay Street in Saint Charles, Missouri 63301 just off the Cave Springs exit. A light luncheon will be served at Harvester Christian Church following the service.
