Michael G Chrun

Michael G. Chrun of St. Louis, Missouri died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the age of 61.  Beloved son of Lorraine G. Chrun and Theodore G. Chrun; Loving father of Mary Ann (Robert) Norris, Brian J. (Christina) Chrun, Ciara L. Chrun, Dominique M. Chrun, and Robert M. Chrun;  cherished grandfather of Mack Norris, Lexis Chrun, Brian Chrun Jr., Desiree Chrun, Anthony Chrun, and Amber Chrun; dearest brother of Greg Chrun, Steve (Toni) Chrun, Rich Chrun, Karen (Ed) Ernst, Sue (John) Happe, Diane Chrun, Mark (Christy) Chrun, Nancy (Joe) Estes, Ted Chrun, and Debbie Kuhn.  He was a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Michael’s true passion was boxing. He was a Golden Glove Boxing Champion and was inducted into the St. Louis Boxing Hall of Fame in 2004. He continued to coach boxing, and trained many competitors for the Guns & Hoses event every year. He enjoyed collecting coins and jewelry, and loved to swim in his spare time. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
