Melvin T. “Mel” Orf

Orf, Melvin T. "Mel", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the age of 92. Loving husband of Zoanna G. Orf (nee: Theissen); beloved son of the late August L. and Cecelia M. Orf; devoted father of Sharon (Bill) Schnarre and Kenneth (Jacque) Orf; cherished grandfather of Kristi Orf Webber, Elizabeth "Ellie" Schnarre Igo, Booke Schnarre Prenger, Brian Orf, Daniel Orf, and Cassandra "Cassie" Orf; dear brother of Kathleen Orf Jennings. He is preceded in death by his sister Margaret Orf Fromme, and brothers Clarence Orf, August Orf, Jr., Clarence Orf, and Donald Orf.
Memorials may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Masses, or the Alzheimer's Association.
