Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ, St. Charles or SSM Hospice. Beloved wife of Gilford N. ''Brownie'' Brown; loving mother of Cheryl S. Brown; dear sister of Joseph Kumbera (the late Marie) and Benjamin Cole (Jean); dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents William E. and Lena Baise Cole. Mrs. Brown was a medical technologist at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles for 35 years.
