Maurice Helmich
August 17, 1919 — February 19, 2022
Maurice Helmich, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the age of 102. Devoted father of Mary (the late Michael) Peak, Paul (Karen Thiele) Helmich and Glenn (Carolyn) Helmich; loving grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Maurice is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Helmich, his parents, Reinhold and Amanda Helmich and his sister, Ruth Helmich.
Maurice was a member of Masons of St. Louis and FISH of St. Charles for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors; he loved fishing and gardening. He also enjoyed woodworking and made many beautiful pieces throughout his life. Maurice was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Maurice's name to FISH of Saint Charles.
