Matthew J. Farkas, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020 at the age of 34. Cherished son of Stephen and Mary Farkas; dear brother of Melissa Farkas loving grandson of James & Aurelia Farkas and Helen Doza & the late Eugene Doza; nephew of Linda & John Beaver, Nancy & Tony Albers, Kevin & Linda Doza, and Chris Zoellner; and several cousins. He preceded in death by his cousin, Jessica Beaver.
Matt enjoyed his work at BCI, participating in Community Living activities, and athletic activities with Special Olympics. He loved to watch Disney movies, Charlie Brown, and he especially loved to watch Home Improvement with his dad. Matt never met a stranger and brought a light to everyone he met. He was never found without a big smile on his face and had the most contagious laugh. Matt was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Matthew's name to BCI or Community Living.
