Mary H. Walkenhorst

Mary H. Walkenhorst (nee Walkenhorst), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the age of 102. Cherished daughter of the late Henry and Arainah Walkenhorst; dear sister of four sibling who also preceded her in death, three brothers, Carl (the late Erna) Walkenhorst, Bill (the late Aileen) Walkenhorst, Henry (the late Doris) Walkenhorst, and one sister, Elizabeth (the late Bud) Renken. Mary is survived by seven loving nieces and nephews.

Mary was a devout member of St. John United Church of Christ and dedicated over 45 years of service before retiring from General Electric. She found joy in sewing, creating homemade crafts, and solving word search puzzles, and she especially treasured her travels to Hawaii. A proud supporter of the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals, Mary’s love for life shone through in everything she did. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
