Mary "Rita" Klosterhoff

Mary Laurita “Rita” Klosterhoff (nee Mattingly). Fortified by the Sacraments of the Holy Catholic Church, on Friday, September 19, 2025, at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late George J. Klosterhoff, Jr.; devoted mother, of Larry Klosterhoff, Karen (Tony) Lewandowski, Steve Klosterhoff, Nancy (Kevin) Snow, & Mike (Stephanie) Klosterhoff; dearest sister of Ann Jackson; loving grandmother of 13, great-grandmother of 18, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, & friend to many. Mary was predeceased by her son & daughter-in-law, Jim and Patsy Klosterhoff, her daughter, Mary Kay Klosterhoff, her brother & sister-in-law, William Ivan and Vernell Mattingly, & her brother-in-law, Dane Jackson.

Rita was an amazing soul. She was a woman of deep faith & instilled this in her children. She was kind & compassionate. Her family meant the world to her. We are so blessed God gave her to us for all these years. She will be deeply missed.
