Mary Alice Mannisi

Mary Alice Mannisi (nee Rohlfing), of O Fallon, MO, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the age of 96. Loving wife of the late Angelo J. Mannisi, beloved daughter of the late Emma and Clarence Rohlfing; dear mother of Deborah (Edward) Getz and Perry Mannisi. She is also survived by her cherished granddaughter Angela Getz; two other grandchildren, Christine and Amanda; 8 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by sister, Jane Decker.

Mary Alice was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family and creating a warm and loving home. She was a talented oil painter who loved expressing her creativity through her artwork. She was also an excellent seamstress and lovingly made clothing for her daughter and granddaughter over the years. Mary Alice enjoyed knitting and quilting, sharing her talents with the Quilting Club at St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was an excellent cook and especially loved preparing meals for her family. Her faith was extremely important to her, and she was deeply devoted to the Blessed Mother. Mary Alice was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Mary Alice's name to Masses, American Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
