Mary Lane

Mary Martha (Pyatt) Lane, 74, of Wentzville, MO, passed away, Saturday, April 15, 2023, in the comfort of her home with her devoted son at her bedside till the very end. Mary was born June 10, 1948, in Poplar Bluff, MO to Lloyd and Maime Pyatt. Mary grew up in St. Louis, where she met the love of her life, Troy and spent the next 54 years building a life, home, and a family; having one son, Mark David Lane.

Mary loved scrapbooking and traveling, and she really enjoyed telling stories from her childhood, especially ones where she would go to Van Buren to visit her grandparents and she was a big daddy’s girl. Mary was dedicated to her work in finance for the City of Creve Coeur and retired after 30 years.

Mary is survived by her Son; Mark David Lane and wife Abby, (Moscow Mills, MO), Sister Carolyn Hoganson (Ed) of Murfreesboro, TN, and Bother Gary Bell (Betty) of St. Louis, MO.

Grandmother of: Nick Lane (Emminence), St. Peters, MO, Anthony Brock (Greenville, TX), Steven Fischer (Krista) Chesterton, IN, Amanda Fischer (Emory, TX), Brian Fischer Plano, TX, Sarah Hall Plano, TX.

Great Grandchildren: Scott, Joshua, Aubrey, Brock, Norah, Kinley, Ellinya, Mira, Terra.

Mary is preceded in death by her Husband; Troy, Parents; Lloyd and Maime, Mother-in-law; Lorene Howard, Brother; John Michael Pyatt and Sister-in-law Theresa Pyatt.
