Mary Helena Fuentes

On June 25th, 2023, Mary Helena Fuentes, 69, passed away peacefully, with her beloved husband Jose Armando, her children, and grandchildren by her side.  Early that morning her angels ushered her to heaven.

 

Mary and Armando married in 1974, and celebrated their 49th Wedding Anniversary on June 22nd, 2023, just before her passing.  They had three children, Armando, Sonny, and Maria, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  For forty-five years they resided in Hazelwood, MO, where Mary raised her three children, and a couple of her grandchildren.  Mary was a cherished wife, devoted daughter, nurturing mother, dear sister, wonderful aunt, and adoring grandmother.  Her children and grandchildren were her life.  Mary's love knew no bounds, as she showered her grandchildren with affection and joy, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.  Her deep spirituality and steadfast beliefs provided strength, comfort, and unwavering hope to those around her.  As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we celebrate the beautiful life she led, the profound impact she made, and the enduring legacy of love she leaves behind.

 

Mary was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Grey (04/11/2008).

 

Mary is survived by her husband Jose Armando Fuentes, her children Armando Jr. (Carrie) Fuentes, Sonny (Kristy) Fuentes, Maria (Rick) Nenninger, her grandchildren, Lil Sonny, Caleb, Dominic, Michael, Lauren, Gino, Vito, Nico, Maia and Grayson, her great-grandchild Keegan, her mother Frances Mae Grey, brother Ignatius Grey, sister Libbie (Jim) Dolan.

 

No one has ever loved a family more than Mary did.

 

The Family will be holding a private service in her memory.
