Loving wife of the late Woodrow Welker; beloved daughter of the late Lee and Lula Stover; devoted mother of Marilou (Bob) Beck and Jim (Jean) Welker; cherished grandmother of Cheryl Lemons, Marisa Beck, Adam Beck, and Rachel Beck.
