Beloved wife of Bobby Foeller; cherished daughter of the late Bob and Pam Dobbins; devoted mother of David (Ayme Solari) Elliott, Joshua (Emily) Foeller and Jessica (John) Harke; loving grandmother of Roc Caldwell-Solari, Charlotte Solari, Otto Elliott, Wynonna Elliott, Cadence Foeller, Kylee Foeller, Carson Foeller, Quinn Foeller, Waylon Harke and Reese Harke; dear sister-in-law of Patty (Robert) Vicknair.
