Mary A. Burbes

Dear daughter of the late Robert F. and the late Edith Schaub; beloved sister of the late Ruth, Marvin, Inez, Norma and Robert; devoted wife of the late Robert Fisher and the late John A. Burbes; loving mother of Ruth (Ransom) Tedrick; loving grandmother of Kory (Toni), Kendra (Michael) and Kristin (Michael); beloved great-grandmother of Robert, Benjamin, Joshua, Autumn (Kellen), Bryce, Laura, Alyssa, Jenna, David, John, and great-great grandmother of Kaden; loving step-mother of Jerry (Connie) Burbes and Becky Burbes; step-grandmother of Brian (Diana), Craig (Marili), Matt, Carrie (Tyson), step-great-grandmother of Rubi, Jordyn, Hayden, Benett and Bailey. Mary was also a loving aunt, cousin and friend to many and will be dearly missed by all.
Mary was the baker of cookies and the giver of hugs. Her home was a place of peace and loving comfort. She demonstrated a beautiful love relationship with Grandpa Fisher, which was a model of romance, honor, pet names, and infatuation (even after years of marriage) that has blessed generations of their family. In her late teens, Mary accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior while listening to a sermon on a radio broadcast. As she began her family, this faith allowed her to entrust to her Savior, the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
