Martha E. “Marty” Hansen

Hansen, Martha "Marty", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the age of 78. Dearest wife of Milford R. Hansen; dear daughter of the late William and Geraldine Marshall; loving mother of Brian (Karen Cox) Hansen, Scott (Renee) Hansen and Ross (Evelynn McCracken) Hansen; beloved grandmother of Josie, Marshall, Katie, Jon, Jessica, Tyler and Jordan and great-grandmother of Michael, Mercedes, Brandon, Nathan, Taven, Gia and Kaden; dear sister of William, Bob, Judy, Michael, Susie and the late John Joseph Marshall and Jerry Sue Davidson. Martha was a Sewing Instructor for 20 years and retired from JoAnn's Fabric. She was a Missionary at Marantha Church, loved sewing, member of prayer chain, loved playing the piano, crocheting, cooking, playing with kids, crossword puzzles and never pumped gas into her car her entire life. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
