Cahill, Mark E. baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection, Sunday, December 24, 2023. Beloved husband of Barbara (Bieda) Cahill. Dear son of the late Richard and Liz Cahill, Dear brother of Mary (Scott) Helvey, Matt Cahill, Elizabeth (Sean) Tracey, and Anne (Rob) Pennell. Beloved son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, he met the love of his life, at PJ’s establishment in Chesterfield in 2000 and they married on October 6, 2001.

Services: Funeral from Baue, 311 Wood St, O’Fallon, MO 63366, Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.  to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis MO 63125.
